     yea im going as a cheerleader too….i suggest you got 3 or four inches above the knee..that is short, yet not to slutty. and i dont know if you are a fan of belly-shirts or not (im not) but if u r then you could always cut your top so it shows off some of your stomach in a flattering way. The key is to not cut too much off otherwise it would not be flattering for your body0type (118 lbs.) good luck. im sure you will look beautiful.

    I have this silver dress from last year and my sister wants to be a witch this year. I want to make her a costume out of the silver dress.     Girls Halloween costumes?
    I was looking at Halloween costumes yesterday, trying to get an idea of how I was going to dress my daughter up this year and I must say I’m disgusted!

    There were TONS of little girls costumes of cheerleaders, supermodels, etc that had very short skirts and midriffs exposed! Then, when I looked at the Goldilocks, red riding hood, etc. costumes, their skirts all seemed too short, too!

    Am I the only one that is disturbed by this, or have others noticed it as a problem as well?

      I have noticed it also. For my niece, I put a pair of the stretch leggings underneath of her outfit along with a turtleneck.(It is usually pretty cold around here)
      What I have never gotten is why do they make things that are more appropriate for warmer weather when Halloween is at the end of Oct. I know some places it is still nice but a lot of areas are way to cold by this time.

      i think you should be an egyptian its fun to dress up and you dont look like a moron, you actually look glammed up and pretty. you seem to have perfect features for it! and you dont need to buy much as long as you have eyeliner, shadow, maybe some cheap jewlery and an elaborately decorative dress which im sure you could get from a thrift store. i dressed up as one and i found a perfect long black dress with gold design and jewels and stuff on it. it was pretty cool and totally fun!

    okay so my 2 friends and i are 14 and we need an awesome group costume for 3 people. we are going to be going to several costume parties on halloween night so we need something to wear. it has to be appropiate to wear to school, but it also needs to be, you know, attractive and something that a teenager would wear (ie, shows some skin..) we’ve had the ideas to be sexy angels or cheerleaders but we want something more original. thnks!!
