    My twin boys are 7 by the way.

    We are thinking about bringing our twin daughters trick-or-treating, but they would only be a week old. Do you think we should? They would be in there double stroller the whole time and probably sleeping. If we did bring them we would put them in this costume.

      you can if you want but i personally wouldn’t bring a week old babies outdoors for a long period of time for something they wont remember. Also may be difficult to try and watch and have fun with 4 lil ones and have to hold or push(stroller) 2 1 week old babies…ya know?
      for the twin boys omg those are perfect! Just let them pick whether spiderman/venom and batman/joker those are a great idea cause they are twins and one is good and the other evil HAHA
      The girls (3 and 5) I would say hey look at these which do you want to be…there ya go. HAVE FUN!! Take lots of Photos and don’t forget to inspect the candy afterwards. But Do what you guys wanna do!!

      Go to an appliance store and get two or three cardboard boxes ( refrigerator sized- with duct tape turn each box into a huge cowboy boot- one that the boy can stand inside of. then they walk side by side picking up the boot as they walk then set it down- looks like two huge boots walking-

      One of the best things to do is buy items for your Halloween costume that will work as regular clothing throughout the year.

      For example, if he is a pirate take him to the used clothing store and get a vest and a white shirt, some boots, and a big swatch of colorful cloth as a sash, then a toy sword and/or pistol to put in the sash…and he can wear the boots and shirt to school.

      One year my son went as Capt. Kirk. We got him black pants, a yellow V neck shirt, a black T-shirt underneath, and black boots. We just glued a Star Trek patch to the yellow shirt, and got him a toy phaser…and the only things he couldn’t wear later were the patch and the phaser.

      Indiana Jones would work here too. Indy wears pretty regular clothes that could be worn to school.

    Looking to find a Boys Rock Star Halloween Costume?
    Does anyone know where I can find a boys (age Rock Star Halloween Costume that is NOT an Elvis cosutme? I have been looking online and can’t seem to locate one.

    He is an amature drummer who had been taking music lessons for almost two years, and wants a musician costume of some kind to wear. I am reluctant to send him out on Halloween in jeans and a t-shirt though.

    In his words, “It has to be cool mom!”

    HELP PLEASE!

      I’ve never really seen one, but this has to be the easiest costume to do on your own. Get him some grungy looking jeans, a band t-shirt, some black boots or shoes, put tattoos all over his arms, spray his hair black with the colored hairspray that comes out around Halloween, spike it up real crazy with freezing spray, put some black eyeliner on him, and maybe add some chunky guy-jewelry. You could paint his nails black too. And you could even find a cheap toy guitar to wear if it wouldn’t bother him while trick-or-treating. Or, just have him stick a pair of drumsticks in his back pocket.

      You can look at pictures online of people like Tommy Lee for inspiration, LOL.

      How about a set of domino’s.

      Get a large cardboard box. Paint or cover with black paint or crepe paper. Cut out lines and dots from white card or any colour card but painted white. Stick on to front and back of box like six dots and five. Ensure dots and lines are the same front and back. You could make different numbers for each boy.

      Now you have to size the domino to the child. Take out the bottom and cut two holes in the sides for the arms and a large space for the head and let it rest on the shoulders. The legs are free as the bottom has been removed.

      The boys will be wearing black trousers or leggings. and black shoes or trainers
      (white trainers could work and would provide comedic and contrasting effect)

      dark camouflage play make up for face and hat can be woolly cap or a smaller black top box.

      The best thing about this outfit is that it is cheap enough to do but it is a little time consuming. A great fun idea for boys original enough to be remarked upon and can be adapted for most other things like dice, car, spaceman etc

      Failing that I would go to Asda and buy Batman and Robin or Superman or Bob the builder outfits.

    My little brother needs a costume for halloween, and he doesn’t really like movies that much, loves video games however. We need something relatively cheap and not too time-consuming to put together. Here are some of his fave games:

    He also like the Pokemon Tv series, and Phineas and Ferb.

      Mario is a really easy costume to make. You just need some jean overalls, a red long sleeve shirt and a red hat.

    My son wants to be Falcon the balloon boy for Halloween.

      Find a box, cut out the bottom, stick him in there.

      Then, just buy him a ballon, and let him carry it around.
